One of the biggest features of AAC blocks is its light weight. These blocks possess a cellular structure created during manufacturing process. Millions of tiny air cells impart AAC blocks very light weight structure. AAC blocks are lightweight, precast building materials made from a mixture of cement, lime, silica sand, water, and a small amount of aluminum powder. They are widely used in construction due to their excellent insulation properties, ease of handling, and sustainability.

Papdi

AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) block scrap, also known as “papdi,” refers to leftover or broken pieces of AAC blocks that are produced during construction or manufacturing. AAC block scrap is lightweight, porous, and has excellent thermal and sound insulation properties, just like whole AAC blocks.

Rubble

AAC block scrap rubble consists of broken or discarded pieces of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks that accumulate during construction or demolition. This rubble retains the lightweight, insulating, and fire-resistant properties of AAC blocks, making it a useful material for secondary applications.
